Norwegian continues to expand at Swedavias Airports ahead of summer 2026
Norwegian announced today that they will launch four new routes from Swedavias airports ahead of the summer program of 2026. In addition to the routes previously communicated for 2026, Norwegian will operate Montpellier, Basel, Beirut and Riga from Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Göteborg Landvetter Airport respectively.
Norwegian continues to invest in the Swedish market by adding new direct routes from Swedavias two largest airports, Stockholm Arlanda and Göteborg Landvetter. In total, Norwegian will launch four new routes of which several is new destinations offered from the airports.
To Stockholm Arlanda, the new destinations Montpellier and Basel, will be added to the overall offering as well as Beirut, and from Göteborg Landvetter Norwegian will be operating Riga. These destinations are added to the previously communicated summer program of 2026, which also includes new routes to Hamburg, Milan and Tirana from Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Göteborg Landvetter Airport respectively.
Starting on April 3, 2026, Norwegian will operate Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) – Beirut (BEY) once a week, and Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) – Montpellier (MPL) twice a week starting on May 16, 2026. Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) – Basel (BSL) will start on May 22, 2026, and be operated twice a week.
Starting on March 29, 2026, Gothenburg Landvetter (GOT) – Riga (RIX) will be operated twice a week.
